 Welcome to The Cultivate Community, a pioneering online service designed to help educators and youth serving professionals to flourish in their relational skills, leading to verifiable improvements in spiritual growth, personal motivation, academic engagement and positive social interaction in middle and high school students. The Cultivate Community is powered by Passing the Baton International, Inc., a non-profit institute founded by college professor, curriculum developer and consultant Dr. Jeff Myers. Its mission is to call the community of faith back to the kinds of incarnational relationships that Jesus demonstrated during his time on earth. In the last four years PTBI has trained more than 125,000 people in ten countries and five languages around the world. This online community is aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and resources gathered along the way.
